1st Acrylic Sealant A-700 Green
1st Acrylic Sealant A-700 Green is an environmentally-friendly general purpose acrylic latex sealant. It is produced under strict quality controls, thus ensuring consistent quality and high performance.
Recommended uses include applications that require interior and exterior caulking for architectural support, where slight joint movement is anticipated.

Applications:
Items/equipment that require sealant with elastomeric properties, such as air-conditioning ducting system, M&E building systems, aluminum windows and door frames
Caulking of hollow core ceilings, floor planks, steel, plywood siding, baseboards
Grouting of marble and ceramic tiles, repairing mortar and concrete joints, sealing of wall cracks
To be used as acoustic sealant, helping to reduce sound transmission in partition systems
Applicable on polystyrene and polyurethane boards
Instruction Guide:
Before starting work, ensure that the surfaces to be worked on are cleaned and dry (free from dirt, wax, oil and grease)
Application of the sealant can be done through manual caulking, or using a pneumatic applicator gun.
To remove excess sealant, use a wet cloth.
The use of a primer is not needed for aluminum, aircon ducting and other porous surfaces.
Precaution:
Product is to be stored at between 5 - 25°C, in a dry storage area.
Sealant is to be protected from water and other liquids for 24 hours after application.
This sealant is not appropriate for use in applications that require constant submerging in water or other liquids.
